When you win a beauty contest, you feel you are already accepted in Bollywood. But sadly that didn’t happen for beautiful actress Dia Mirza. She seemingly told that if ‘Hum Tum aur Ghost’ doesn’t click she will search for other options and she did!
She plans to have her own real estate company so that her future is secured. She tells, “I can’t be an actor all my life and expect the same money to come to me.” We wish other actresses also get a hang of it.
When asked further about her plans regarding the company she told, “I will soon open my company. I’m looking to make myself a weekend home out of Mumbai. I would love to do it in the idyllic Lavasa.” May be in the sector of real estate she will get her greener pasture that she failed to find in Bollywood!
Dia feels Lavasa has lots of scope and she is looking forward to building properties and renting them out rather than buying and selling them. She further includes that the real estate sector is coming back to shape as the prices are rising. Talk of practicality!
When probed further, Dia told that not only in Bollywood but also in Hollywood people have their own businesses. She feels it is nothing wrong to indulge in business. Of course why should it be Dia?
