Most awaiting movie Honour Killings features the debut of a budding 13-year-old actress from Stoke Poges, Cindy Sidhu in a significant role.
Honour Killings features the screen debut of Cindy Sidhu, who resides in one of the Slough houses used in the movie.
"They started filming some of the scenes at my house because of my dad knows one of the producers" tells the teenager.She adds, "They were already trying to cast someone who was my sort of age and they offered me a part as one of the sisters of the lead character."
She includes further, "It hasn't really hit me that I'm going to be in a film yet!"
Cindy now wants to follow acting as a career.
She adds, "It was a really amazing experience to work with directors and different actors and actresses. I've enjoyed every second of it."
The movie Honour Killings is called Rabba Maph Kare in Punjabi, which means God Forgive Us, and is slated for release in April or May 2010.
